What is the process to book my installation and how do I pay?

Once you are ready to go ahead, here are the steps that will follow:

Send us an email confirming that you are happy to proceed
We will confirm an installation date that works for you
A deposit invoice will be sent & once payment has been received, the booking will be confirmed and kit will be ordered
Upon job completion, we will send you an invoice, final payment to be received within 30 days of receipt

We offer payment plans, if this is an option that you wish to discuss, please let us know.

We accept payment of BAC’s or cheque – full information will be on your invoice.

I would recommend Utility Pro's simply for their responsiveness, can do approach and excellent customer service. I was in the need for a gas certified engineer in the Chipping Norton area to fix the gas fireplace at my employer's property. Calling several businesses on the gas-certified business register, most of them don't even deal with gas fireplaces, even though it states on their websites.I simply found Utility Pro's by searching on Google and calling around and I think I struck luck. I called around 4.30pm on a Friday and got a prompt answer by Lorraine who assured me that they could do the job. She asked me if it would be ok if she could call me back as she would like to speak to one of their engineers. 25mins later I received her call and she offered the following Tuesday in the afternoon to assess the issue and when possible to fix it there and then.Lance, the engineer portrait great confidence and knowledge and fixed the problem within minutes.Whilst the installer and the manufacturer of the gas fireplace had no one available until the new year and the company looking at the gas appliances at the property refused to fix the gas fireplace, Utility Pro's took on this job with a can do mentality and customer care. I think I know who'm I will contact for any gas or electric related tasks in the future.

I have always found utility pro's to be very helpful.
