Utility Pros completed the installation of new Grant Oil Boiler, replacement of two radiators and fine tuning the radiators balancing. In summary Ian always arrived at the agreed time and worked long hours to ensure the job was completed to schedule. He is polite, professional and very tidy in his work.
Of particular note Ian is responsive to any follow-up work required after the initial installation to ensure the system is working as it should be. Client satisfaction is at the core of his business and I have no hesitation in recommending Ian (Utility Pro's) for all heating related work.

Having worked with Utility Pros before on smaller jobs we discussed with them the overall project which we were undertaking and the various elements that they were happy to undertake. In addition to carrying out the majority of the work themselves, they also project managed the other third party contractors. Throughout the process we held regular update meetings to ensure that the build schedule was adhered to and that the budget was also on track. With a project of this size there were bound to be unexpected additions and these were all discussed and solutions found in a professional manner. At all times we were kept informed of the on-going progress of the project. The attention to detail was good and if anything needed to be 'fixed' or changed these were undertaken effectively.

He carried out a routine service of our gas boiler and was very thorough and helpful; he even fixed a problem with one of the radiators for us while he was here. I have always found utility pro's to be very helpful. When they couldnt reach us last year in person because of the busy spells over winter they sent photos and instructions as to how we might try to tide ourselves over from a heating point of view until they could come out. Ian has always been friendly, helpful and polite. Everytime something ( unfortunately) goes wrong with our heating system Ian is now the first person I contact.

I would recommend Utility Pro's simply for their responsiveness, can do approach and excellent customer service. I was in the need for a gas certified engineer in the Chipping Norton area to fix the gas fireplace at my employer's property. Calling several businesses on the gas-certified business register, most of them don't even deal with gas fireplaces, even though it states on their websites.
I simply found Utility Pro's by searching on Google and calling around and I think I struck luck. I called around 4.30pm on a Friday and got a prompt answer by Lorraine who assured me that they could do the job. She asked me if it would be ok if she could call me back as she would like to speak to one of their engineers. 25mins later I received her call and she offered the following Tuesday in the afternoon to assess the issue and when possible to fix it there and then.
Lance, the engineer portrait great confidence and knowledge and fixed the problem within minutes. Whilst the installer and the manufacturer of the gas fireplace had no one available until the new year and the company looking at the gas appliances at the property refused to fix the gas fireplace, Utility Pro's took on this job with a can do mentality and customer care. I think I know who'm I will contact for any gas or electric related tasks in the future.

Thursday pm I located a leaking shower pump in the upstairs airing cupboard. Images were sent to Utility Pros. First thing (8am) the following morning an engineer was on site with the new pump and had the whole job completed within two hours. Extremely happy with the workmanship, price and service. Ian was great, arrived on time, carried out work neatly, swiftly and cleanly and even kindly did a little extra that I only briefed in when he arrived. We had quite a list of plumbing jobs we needed doing from installing a new bathrooom suite (which included working around a tiler), fixing a lot of dripping taps and servicing a boiler. Ian approached all this with skill and enthusiasm - even when in a church yard in the dark finding our external stop cock. Ian was a pleasure to have around and is highly recommended for any plumbing work from the largest to the smallest.

I am not usually inclined to provide testimonials, so please read the following in that context. I really cannot recommend Ian highly enough. Two boiler crises within a week; it is reassuring to know that there are engineers out there that are so punctual, so professional and so thorough in making sure that the job really is done, and done well. All of this is great in itself - the fact that the work is (in my view) very good value is a real 'added extra'.

We had a DIY nightmare after I put a nail through a central heating pipe. No heating on a freezing day and a flooded kitchen. Needed a plumber urgently on a Friday afternoon and went through a list of local plumbers. Every plumber was busy as you'd expect but Ian agreed to help us out and visit straight after the job he was on. Even though this was the end of the day on a Friday. Ian was very friendly and approachable. Immediately felt he was trustworthy.
Fixed the problem very quickly and to a high standard. He told us he'd email the invoice which arrived later that evening and we were really pleasantly surprised with the cost. Overall, very very helpful and professional and did not take advantage of our desperation with an overinflated price. I would highly recommend this man to anyone looking for a plumber.
