Select a package by comparing brands and prices. Choose an install date and get a discount if you choose a day that’s less busy

Fourth

Your Utility Pro's will be delivered by courier, usually on the morning of your installation day. Your installer will arrive bright and early too, between 7.30 and 9.30am.

Fifth

Your installer will fit your package based on your requirements and our expertise. All our installers are fully qualified, experienced professionals. They’re a friendly lot, too.

Sixth

First, you’ll answer a few straightforward questions about your home. If we need to check anything we’ll ask for a few photos later.

I was in the need for a gas certified engineer in the Chipping Norton area to fix the gas fireplace at my employer's property. Calling several businesses on the gas-certified business register, most of them don't even deal with gas fireplaces, even though it states on their websites.I simply found Utility Pro's by searching on Google and calling around and I think I struck luck. I called around 4.30pm on a Friday and got a prompt answer by Lorraine who assured me that they could do the job. She asked me if it would be ok if she could call me back as she would like to speak to one of their engineers. 25mins later I received her call and she offered the following Tuesday in the afternoon to assess the issue and when possible to fix it there and then.Lance, the engineer portrait great confidence and knowledge and fixed the problem within minutes.Whilst the installer and the manufacturer of the gas fireplace had no one available until the new year and the company looking at the gas appliances at the property refused to fix the gas fireplace, Utility Pro's took on this job with a can do mentality and customer care. I think I know who'm I will contact for any gas or electric related tasks in the future.
